Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, final sale products, and perishable goods are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Return Process:
1. Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
Refund Policy
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• Partial Refunds: Items returned outside of the 30-day window, or not in original condition, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be processed for shipping.
• To cancel an order, contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order details.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
